Pumpkin Hustle

October 29, 2015

Shame, shame, we picked our pumpkins weeks ago but are only now finally getting around to carving them. Halloween is right around the corner so now is as good a time as any to get our pumpkin hustle on.

Our fabulous friends Sarah and Emma came by to help with the carving. As I mentioned in my previous post, Cullen hates most people, but not Emma, or “Emmy” as he likes to call her. His face lights up every time she visits and he followers her everywhere.

Cullen obviously teams up with Emma to tackle the little pumpkins.

Keane didn’t want to touch the pumpkin insides, he said they were “yucky“, but that didn’t stop him from sitting at the top of the table, telling the rest of us exactly what he wanted carved, like some sort of little pumpkin sweat-shop dictator.

The sisters team up to clear out the big one.

Unlike his brother, Cullen loved playing with the “yucky” insides.

Sticky sticky.

Emma the master carver.

Sarah’s serious about pumpkins face.

Be afraid.

Ouch!

Carving complete and now to relocate them to the front step.

Pumpkin carving team 2015.
